Machining Lubricants from Wilube

Wilube Chemical Inc. products include the following lubricants specially formulated for machining applications:

WILHONE LT

WILHONE LT is a light-colored, premium grade honing oil, containing extreme pressure (EP) additives. WILHONE LT is designed for use on steel and most major alloys.

WILUBE 114

Wilube 114 is a semi-synthetic lubricant designed for general machining. This lubricant also may be used in a variety of other applications. See your Wilube representative for more information.

WILUBE 139

Wilube 139 is a semi-synthetic machining and grinding coolant designed for use on ferrous and non-ferrous applications. Wilube 139 has superior cooling and wetting properties that result in longer tool and wheel life. This product has excellent lubricity and extreme pressure (EP) additives which provides excellent surface finish on machined parts. In machining applications, recommended usage is 5% - 10%.

WILUBE 655

Wilube 655 is a synthetic fluid with exceptional hard water stability and low foam characteristics. This product is designed to be used for machining and grinding applications. 655's buffered pH provides excellent stability over wide dilution ratios resulting in high operator acceptance. 655 is formulated to inhibit corrosion when diluted to 30:1. This product can be used on carbon steel, stainless steel, and other alloys.

WILUBE 1170

Wilube 1170 represents a new chemistry in the selection of commercially available machining coolants. 1170 is a chlorine free premium grade soluble oil containing polar lubricity agents. This lubricant can be used on a variety of machining operations and light to moderate drawing and stamping. Hard water salts, foam, bacteria and fungus are inhibited. The outstanding physical characteristics of this product coupled with the cost/performance function ratio justify looking at replacing your present machining coolant.

PHOENIX WAY 68

PHOENIX WAY 68 is a premium quality way lubricant, TO BE USED AS
received for use on all types op machine tools requiring a tacky, non-corrosive, ep fortified product. Phoenix Way 68 is a non- metallic, non-zinc, non-sulfur containing product. Phoenix Way 68 is approved for use as a P-47 Cincinnati Milacron specification heavy-medium way lubricant.

WILUBE BLUE

Wilube Blue is a premium grade soluble oil, containing extreme pressure additives. This lubricant can be used in a variety of grinding and machining operations and is easily mixed with water. Wilube Blue is compatible with malleable iron, non-ferrous and stainless steel alloys. In addition to its superior cooling capabilities, Wilube Blue Plus also inhibits the growth of bacteria and fungus and is formulated for customers who have "hard" water.

WILUBE 605

Wilube 605 represents a new line of commercially available synthetic machining coolants. Wilube 605 has superior cooling and wetting properties
that produces excellent tool life and surface finish. Wilube 605 has an excellent extreme pressure additive package which allows for machining of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. This product has a long sump life and is very efficient at rejecting tramp oil. Typical use dilutions are 3% to 10% depending on the severity of the application. The outstanding physical characteristics of this product coupled with the cost /performance function ratio justify looking at replacing your present machining fluid.
