WILUBE 3055
Wilube 3055 is a petroleum based water soluble drawing and stamping fluid. This product has excellent extreme pressure properties without the use of chlorinated parrafins. This product forms a stable solution in all dilutions in water. Wilube 3055 provides excellent corrosion protection to parts and machine surfaces. A bactericide is incorporated to provide long sump life. Typical use dilutions are 6% to 50% in water. The superb physical characteristics of this product coupled with the cost/performance function ratio justify looking at replacing your present drawing and stamping fluid.
WILUBE 192
Wilube 192 is a petroleum based water soluble drawing and stamping fluid. This product contains chlorinated extreme pressure additives to provide excellent anti-weld and die protection properties. This product forms a stable solution in all dilutions in water. 192 provides excellent corrosion protection to parts and machine surfaces. A bactericide is incorporated to provide long sump life. Typical use dilutions are 6% to 50% in water. The outstanding physical characteristics of this product coupled with the cost/performance function ratio justify looking at replacing your present drawing and stamping fluid.
WILUBE 9090
Wilube 9090 is a chlorinated synthetic heavy-duty drawing and stamping fluid. 9090 contains inhibitors to deter the formation of corrosion on the finished part. This product may be used as received or diluted with water. Recommended dilution range is 100% concentrate for severe applications to a 7% solution for light work. 9090 exhibits low foaming characteristics and is easily cleaned in aqueous cleaning systems. The outstanding physical characteristics of this product coupled with the cost/performance function ratio justify looking at replacing your present machining coolant.
