Wilube Chemical Inc. manufactures a complete line of heat transfer component
fabrication lubricants including:

(Note: These formulations are available in a " HFL" * version for
wettable fin surfaces.)

Wilube Coil Manufacturing Lubricants include the following:
- WILUBE AF-12
- Fin Stamping Lubricant AF-12 represents a new chemistry in the selection of commercially available fin stamping lubricants. AF-12 is a synthetic lubricant designed for aluminum fin stamping.
- WILUBE FL-20-FX
- Light viscosity straight oil for use on ferrous and non-ferrous stamping, sawing, and drawing operations. Especially designed for use on aluminum fin stamping and copper tupe bending and expanding.
- WILUBE FL-80-AX
- Evaporative lubricant for aluminum fin and lamination stamping. Ashless additive system which burns clean in brazing operations.
- WILUBE HFL-30FX
- Fin Stamping Lubricant HFL-30FX is an aluminum and copper fin stamping lubricant. This product may be used on both "draw" and "drawless" fin dies. HFL-30FX is formulated to improve fin wettability characteristics. THis product has less than 1% VOC content.
- WILUBE TL-NR-15
- Tube Lubricant TL-NR-15 represents a new chemistry in the selection of commercially available tube lubricants. This Next Generation™ lubricant is compatible with R-134-A refrigerant. This product has low temperature stability to -40°C. In addition, TL-NR-15 is inhibited against corrosion. This product can be used on ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
- WILUBE CTL-32
- CTL-32 represents a new chemistry in the selection of commercially available tube lubricants. This tube lubricant is compatible with R-134-A refrigerant. This product has low temparture stability to -40°C. In addition CTL-32 is inhibited against corrosion. This product can be used on Ferrous and Non-ferrous materials.
